Financial Safeguards, EMD & Performance Security Guarantees
The procurement dossier for Aistic N/A Recruitment under Aistic mandates rigorous adherence to GFR 2017 and GeM standards. The estimated contract valuation dictates the financial thresholds. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of 2 percent of the estimated cost is mandatory to deter non-serious bidders, payable via e-bank guarantee or NEFT. Upon successful award, the selected agency must furnish a Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) ranging between 3 to 5 percent of the total contract value to secure against default, valid until the completion of all contractual obligations. Tender document fees, where applicable, remain strictly non-refundable. To mitigate execution delays, the contract incorporates a stringent Liquidated Damages (LD) clause, levying 0.5 percent of the delayed milestone value per week of delay, capped at a maximum of 10 percent of the total contract price, ensuring strict adherence to timelines.
General Conditions of Contract (GCC) & Integrity Compliance
