01 Individual Content Project Notice
KT-Transfer operates as an individual, independent content and research initiative. We are NOT an official government portal, agency, ministry, or department. We have no affiliation with the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), Staff Selection Commission (SSC), Government e-Marketplace (GeM), Central Public Procurement Portal, or any judicial claims administration body.
02 Aggregated Content & "As Is" Informational Basis
All information and content added to or compiled on KT-Transfer — including jobs, tenders, legal settlements, financial calculations, and trending economic topics — is gathered from publicly available sources for educational, informational, and comparative research only.
- Recruitment & Vacancy Notices: Job specifications, pay scales, age bars, and quotas are compiled from gazettes and official announcements. Deadlines and exam dates are subject to official corrigendums.
- Government Tenders & RFPs: Tender values, earnest money deposits (EMD), and technical criteria are summarized from public procurement boards. Official tender participation must occur on official government portals.
- Mass-Tort Legal Settlements: Settlement summaries, settlement funds, eligibility criteria, and claim deadlines are compiled from court notices and publicly filed settlement documents. KT-Transfer is not a law firm and does not provide legal counsel.
- Calculators & Projections: 7th/8th CPC pay scales, DA/HRA percentages, and NPS calculators represent mathematical estimations and are not official pay slips.
03 User Verification & Due Diligence Required
Users must independently verify any information obtained from this platform against the official notifications, gazette releases, or authorized claim administrators before making any career, financial, tender submission, or legal decisions.
04 Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the individual creator, contributors, or KT-Transfer be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, any content, tools, or links provided on this site. This includes, without limitation, missed application deadlines, disqualified tender bids, rejected settlement claims, or calculation discrepancies.

The custom presentation design, interactive calculator engines, and editorial analyses on KT-Transfer are protected under copyright. Public notices, statutory salary codes, tender IDs, and court docket records remain the property of their respective public domain authorities.
